I really liked my previous skytrain photos so I did the same thing again. I go to the front and put my camera right against the glass and hold my breath. My BW photo "Tension Lines" of the bridge going over the Fraser River received a Merit at PPOC nationals. I also like my tunnel pics where I shoot long exposures (50mm, f4 at about 1 second). I left this one in colour because I like the tones. I was so intent on taking the photos I found myself at Terminus station had to get off and go back to my stop!
I went on the PHOTOgraphie Culture Crawl with a great group of artists and photographers on Saturday. We wandered around and saw some great art. I don't have time to do all my photos right now but here are a few fun ones.
And I really liked my image of the Fraser River from the Steveston Docks from my Steveston Photowalks so I tried it again. The top image is computer generated from a shot of fabrics hanging down (Photoshop blur) and the second is another pano on tripod, 30 seconds with an ND8 filter.
