The horses go from right off the truck into the ring to give a short performance for media. Sylvia Zerbini gently lets them express themselves and play while asking them for a performance. Someone asked if Sylvia was a "horse whisperer" and the response was that she doesn't really like that term and is more of a "horse listener". Someone also said that she will spend 16 hours a day with the horses. When asked if she has developed new specialized training plans Sylvia modestly replied that what she does is so natural that many have used this type of training. When a horse breaks away instead of a crack of the whip she softly asks the horse to get back in line. She definitely speaks their language and they are listening.
