All four of my images were nominated in the Black and White Spider Awards. Only one of them was originally for black and white (Tension Lines) and the others I converted just for the competition. I was curious more than anything. But now I will do some more images in Black and White for the image specifically and experiment in that area.

"It is an incredible achievement to be selected among the best from the 8,508 entries from 73 countries that we received this year," said Basil O'Brien, the awards Creative Director. "Kerri-Jo's images, "Suspension Geometry" (Architecture), "Male Nude" (Nude), "the Slide" (Sport), and "Akhal-Teke Stallion" (Wildlife) are all exceptional images representing black and white photography at its finest, and we're pleased to present Kerri-Jo with the title of Nominee."
